Lenovo IdeaPad Z series arrive with affordable price tags

Lenovo knows that we're living in economically challenging times, so it makes perfect sense to come up with hardware that will be easy on consumers' pockets without compromising on performance and features. Well, they certainly seem to have done a good job on paper with the new IdeaPad Z series of multimedia notebooks that comprise of the Z360, Z560 and Z565. Prices starting from just $649, where it will let you enjoy high-definition (HD), 16:9 format widescreen (found on the 13.3" and 15.6" models), an optional Blu-ray Disc drive just in case you want to sit back and relax after a hard day at work, and Dolby Advanced Audio for a stunning audio experience.

The OneKey Theater II feature will offer optimized audio-visual settings with but a single button press. Expect the IdeaPad Z360 and Z560 to hit the market bearing the new 2010 Intel Core processor family and NVIDIA GeForce graphics, while those who prefer AMD's offerings can snuggle up to the IdeaPad Z565 that carries an AMD Phenom II processor and integrated ATI Mobility Radeon graphics. The IdeaPad Z360, Z560 and Z565 will hit the market from the beginning of next month onwards - no real reason to get this unless you want a new notebook that offers a balance of work and play without hurting your wallet too much.
