Each day, millions of people use their Wii to get into shape or lose weight and the Riiflex Wii Weights are making it more convenient for people to get in shape faster. The weights are 2lb dumbbells that can add resistance to Wii training exercises and other workouts.

The Riiflex are ergonomic, gym-quality weights that cleverly fit with the Wiimotes. Each weight is made of polycarbonate, cast-iron, and has a soft-touch rubber overmold that prevents the weights from falling out of a person’s hand.

The Riiflex weights can be used with the Wii Fit Plus, Fitness Ultimatum, Golds Gym Cardio, My Fitness Coach, and EA Sports Active. The weights are also compatible with Wii Motion plus. It will likely take time before Riiflex offers heavier weights. For now, two pounds are the heaviest.

RITMO Prenatal Musical System

Currently there are number of prenatal musical systems for pregnant women who want to introduce their baby to some nice, soft, and soothing music. Some researchers have conducted studies that prove babies begin to demonstrate reactive listening as early as 16 weeks.

Having the RITMO prenatal music system allows moms to deliver quality and safe sounds to their babies while they’re still in the womb. Anything that a mother can play on her MP3 player she can easily play for her baby. Some researchers believe that if a baby listens to music when they are still in the womb it can increase their intelligence. This is referred to as the Mozart Effect.

Although the Mozart effect has not been completely proven it doesn’t hurt to try and stimulate the baby’s intellect. The RITMO is an advanced system and enables the mother and child to share the same sensory and emotional experience.

The great thing about the device is that it is lightweight and is made up of very soft material so it’s perfect for a pregnant mother during normal day-to-day activities such as relaxing, shopping, or even working out. It can be worn on the go. It’s also adjustable so it can be worn throughout the entire pregnancy and the fabric is easily washable.

The RITMO prenatal music system works very easily. All the mother has to do is click the MP3 player into the micro audio control. Once she sets the sound at a level that she can enjoy the device will automatically adjust the volume to a level that is tolerable for the baby. The RITMO features a four speaker sound system. There are two separate speakers that deliver sound to the baby and the sound should be effective no matter where the baby is in the womb.

The musical system will last for about five hours on a fully charged battery.

Kululua Airline’s Rebranding

South Africa’s Kululua’s airline is giving itself a bit of a makeover. The airline has recently decided to rebrand its planes with a creative airplane 101 guide that allows individuals to easily see where various parts of the plane are located.

Now, every air traveler can learn the difference between where the nosecone and engine are located. The planes are also extremely brightly colored. They now come in a neon green shade which looks very stylish, creative, and modern. The green shade could also reduce the possibility of air collisions because it’s so brightly colored. The new makeover provides the passengers and airline crew with basic knowledge of aircraft technology and aviation mechanics. It’s clever and educational and passengers will realize where the blackbox is located.

It will likely be a matter of time before Kululua can recognize whether the new educational planes are giving them an uptick in business. The new planes are bound to bring in more passengers to the airline. People should find the airline more intriguing and fun because it’s a great advertising technique.

The Eco Freezer

The Eco Freezer is a small portable freezer that is perfect for a picnic or transporting food that needs to be kept chilled and fresh.

Some people might want to carry the freezer around in their car as they grocery shop. The freezer works on battery charged LED lights. The two LED lamps sit on the top of the freezer and these lights provide illumination and help the cooling system work.

To achieve a high mode of cooling a person must tap into energy from both lights, but to have a lower chilling only one light is needed. The designer also thought the device might come in handy if someone was doing a bit of hiking or traveling to remote places. The lights on the top of the freezer could function as a torch or SOS signal device.

The Eco Freezer is just a concept design for now.

Desktop Teeth Whitener Lamp

The cost of going to the dentist to get teeth whitened can be quite expensive. Fortunately, there are a slew of dental devices and products that can be used to whiten teeth in the comfort of a person’s home. These devices make it more convenient and affordable for a person to whiten their teeth anywhere.

The desktop teeth whitening bleaching lamp is a device that whitens teeth easily. The whitener works by converting electric energy into a strong blue light. The blue light works with whitening gel and causes the teeth to oxidize and become whiter.

The teeth whitening lamp works very quickly and the process takes only 30 minutes. Individuals can expect their teeth to be whitened at least 5 to 15 shades whiter which is very significant. The neat thing about the lamp is that it not only whitens teeth externally, but also can change the color internally as well.

The lamp system is very quiet, durable, and has a goose neck so it’s flexible and ergonomic. It can easily be placed on a bathroom counter or on a desktop. The system comes with a power cord, two glasses, a user manual, remote control, and 20 mouth sheaths. It’s very easy to operate the system. Individuals simply need to apply the gel to their teeth and then turn on the light. The process is painless and it is a lot less scary than going to the dentist.

There are some people for whom the device would come in handy. For example, the lamp would be perfect for coffee drinkers, smokers, and anyone who is prone to developing stains on their teeth.

One benefit to having whiter teeth is that it provides people with a more youthful appearance without having to undergo cosmetic surgery. Teeth whitening lights up the face, gives a person a more beautiful smile, and makes a person look younger. Individuals can expect to pay over $400 for the lamp.

Today, the company’s concept of stoves has evolved and now Caminetti makes high-tech contemporary wooden stoves for the modern home.

Airplane Skycouches

Unless you’re in first or business class, there is arguably nothing more uncomfortable than an airline seat. Air New Zealand understands how uncomfortable passengers can feel and have designed a creative new airline seating option in the economy section of its new long-haul airplanes.

Air New Zealand is rethinking the passenger experience by creating the “Skycouch”. The skycouch works by turning three seats into a small bed. The skycouch would work best for people that are traveling alone or traveling with a companion. A couple traveling can purchase the third seat in their row for half-price so that they can take full advantage of the skycouch. Of course, it also helps to have a traveling companion that you’ll feel comfortable sleeping next to.

The Airplane Skycouches are an interesting idea to produce comfier seats that will make flying more bearable. Unfortunately, only the first 11 rows of the economy class cabin will have the new skycouch. The rest of the cabin will have to learn to sleep upright.

imicroscope app for iPhone

The iPhone has some pretty amazing apps and one of the latest apps is the imicroscope. There are numerous applications on the iPhone that will allow a person to take extremely close pictures but the imicroscope is the first application to allow a person to take pictures with a microscope.

The imicroscope gives the smart phone the ability to capture magnified objects. However, a microscope is actually needed for the objects to be captured.

The application works by aligning the iPhones camera with the microscope’s viewfinder. Once the camera is properly aligned, the person can take high quality images.

The app costs $3. It’s an ideal app for professional and amateur scientists that have a microscope and want the ability to capture images of all the little organisms that surround us. The application should be compatible with most microscopes.

Yuneec e430 Electric Plane

The Yuneec e430 electric plane is the world's first electric airplane to be commercially produced. Electric cars are becoming quite popular so it was only a matter of time before electric planes started being manufactured. Electric planes can no longer be considered futuristic.

The plane is a twin seat with a single engine and is powered by a 54-horsepower (40 kw) electric motor and a lithium-ion battery pack.

Because the Yuneec plane is electric, it runs without fuel, has no emissions, low noise, and is very low maintenance. The plane is also very easy to fly and makes for a smooth ride. Depending on the battery packs, the plane can stay in the air from ninety minutes to two and a half hours. It takes about three hours for the battery to charge.

In addition to being easy to control and lightweight, the plane is also beautifully and simply designed. The Yuneec has a 45-foot wingspan and a 22-foot long fuselage. There are only two moving parts in the plane's motor which means flights are low-vibration.

For an airplane, the Yuneec isn't so expensive. The planes will cost $89,000, which shouldn't be a big deal for the demographic of people that typically purchase airplanes.

The Home Core Integrated Toilet

At first glance the Home Core Integrated Toilet simply looks weird, however, its a cool way to add a unique touch to the washroom.

The Home Core Integrated Toilet is a combination of a toilet bowl, sink, mirror and vanity table integrated into one toilet system. The vanity system features a pop-up mirror and a few drawers so that people can store things. The Home Core is also called the all-in-one loo.

The Home Core Integrated Toilet is also energy efficient. Below the sink is a water storage tank. The water that is drained from the sink can be used to later flush the pot. If users want to store the sink water they can simply push a button that will activate the water tank to retain water. The main theme of the Home Core Integrated Toilet is to save water.

Although combining the sink and toilet into one seems like a neat and practical concept, there are many people that may not feel comfortable having a sink directly above their toilet, despite how clean the toilet may be. Another downside to the toilet is the espresso/coffee drink warmer that is built into the back of the toilet. Warming coffee on top of a toilet doesn’t seem very sanitary.

The Home Core Integrated Toilet may be ideal for individuals that have an extremely small bathroom or people that simply want a futuristic toilet in their home.

Dell Froot Concept

An industrial designer named Pauline Carlos has created an interesting concept for Dell. The concept is called the Froot. The Froot is a new type of computer that is composed of two projectors that eliminate the need for a traditional monitor or USB keyboard.

The Froot's projectors display the image of the monitor on the wall and will project a keyboard on a table or surface for typing. The only thing that a person will need to properly run their computer is a blank wall and empty desk. Ports are placed on the left hand side of the Froot and the right side of the device features a DVD drive.

The Froot could be beneficial to the environment. The use of a virtual monitor and keyboard could eliminate much of the material that goes into creating computers. In essence, the Froot is more than a concept; it's an idea that caters to sustainability. This means that there will be less junk and trash in landfills.

To create the Froot, Pauline used a biodegradable case where the two projectors are housed. The only thing that the Froot is missing is a mouse. The mouse issue probably won't be solved with a third projector.

Mast Humidifier

As the entire world pushes towards using clean energy, more and more gadgets that don't require electricity will be created. The Mast is a humidifier that doesn't use electricity. Instead, the Mast draws up moisture into its sails by capillary action.

The Mast was designed and crafted by Shin Okada and Masuya Koubou. The designers created the Mast humidifier while thinking of a yacht floating in cool water. The humidifier is simple and elegant and has an interesting design that feels and looks organic and clean.

The humidifier works by absorbing water from the hull and then diffusing the water. It's perfect for dispersing moisture throughout the room. The water evaporates six times faster than an open pan of water, which makes it extremely efficient.

The Mast humidifier is a perfect addition to the home during the cold and dry winter months. During winter, dry air can take a toll on the skin, hair, eyes, and general health, but humidifiers replenish much need moisture and can benefit a person's health.

The Mast is made from high-quality timber that is called Japanese Cypress. Japanese Cypress has a fresh lemon scent, and as the moisture is dispersed into the air, the sweet scent of lemons permeates the room. The timber is also durable and rot-resistant. Each humidifier is custom made.

Adidas miCoach Training Platform

Adidas recently revealed a device that could help people become better runners. For years Adidas has focused on designing and developing footwear and apparel for athletes. Now, the company is interested in creating technical gadgets that can accompany their athletic footwear and apparel line. The miCoach training platform is one of the only devices on the market that will verbally coach a person while they’re running.

The miCoach training platform is a lightweight and small device that features two separate products. First, there is the miCoach pacer, which can be combined with an MP3 player and headphones. While a person runs, the device verbally coaches the runner to make sure that they’re in the right heart rate zone. The pace device also advises the runner on when to speed up or slow down.

The miCoach training platform also has a product called the miCoach zone. The zone device is a wristband that has a LED display that provides real-time information with the help of a heart rate monitor. Both devices offer instant progress reports so that runners can develop their true potential.

Adidas developed the gadget so that anyone could get personal coaching despite their level of training. This can help runners achieve their personal goals and get the most out of their runs.

The miCoach training platform is perfect for people that want to lose weight, improve their running time, or even train for their first marathon. A person can program the device to know exactly what it is they want to accomplish and the training program will help a person get there.

The Auto Lift Iron

The auto lift iron is perfect for people who are easily distracted in the midst of chores. The steam iron is an innovative gadget that self-lifts when it doesn't sense the touch of a hand. It probably won't be long before more irons incorporate one-touch technology.

The iron has special micro sensors incorporated into the handle. When the iron doesn't feel the touch of a hand, it automatically raises and any steam that the iron is emitting stops. This reduces burned surfaces and burned clothes. The iron also works well at eliminating wrinkles quickly.

There are other little features that make the auto lift iron special. For example, the iron has a detailer that can eliminate wrinkles around buttons and also has a pivoting power cord. It also doubles as a handheld steamer when there is no time to pull out the ironing board. The iron features a stainless steel plate, transparent water tank, thermostat control, and an automatic shut off after eight minutes of non-use.

HD3 Black Pearl Watch

The HD3 Black Pearl Watch has an intricate design and is perfect for someone that is interested in seeing the inner workings of their watch as the minutes and hours tick away.

The watch has a few details that are reminiscent of pirate ships. For example, the HD3 integrates a tiny cannon hatch on its left side. The canon features skulls and bones.

Despite the pirate-like characteristics, the HD3 is still a beautiful watch that was designed with lots of care and detail. Unfortunately, the H3 Black Pearl Watch is impossible to obtain because only eleven of the watches were created. Each watch sold for nearly half a million dollars.

Sony MDR-NC300D Noise Canceling Headphones

Most noise canceling headphones are big, bulky, and heavy but Sony's new noise canceling headphones removes the bulk and heaviness.

The headphones are perfect for a person that simply wants to relax with nothing more than the words or sound of music or audio books. Frequent flyers will also enjoy the noise canceling headphone's ability to cancel out engine noise and the sounds of passengers and airplane employees.

The MDR-NC3000D are Sony's first digital noise canceling headphones and is a step forward for Sony. Over the years, the company has released quite a few high-rated headphones and is hoping to deliver superior performance and noise cancellation with their newer noise canceling headphones.

The headphones don't promise to eliminate all noise, however, the headphones come close. The noise canceling headphones can offer up to 98.4 percent noise reduction. The noise reduction is done through an Artificial Intelligence noise-canceling feature. The headphones also promise superb sound quality and an inline remote for controlling a number of settings as well as the volume.

Sony also understands that when it comes to headphone ear-buds one size rarely fits all. To solve this problem the noise canceling headphones comes with seven sets of ear tips. This should help a person find a fit that is perfect for their ear.

The noise canceling headphones run on a AAA cell battery and offers an impressive 20 hours of battery life. The headphones should be available next month and will cost about $300. Despite the high price, the headphones will likely sell quickly.

Light and Cork USB Flash Drives

It won't be long before the people that create USB flash drives run out of ideas on what to model the drive after next. Green House, a Japanese company that specializes in flash memory cards decided that their USB flash drives would come in the form of corks and bulbs.

Wine connoisseurs will love the cork USB flash drive because it authentically resembles a cork. The cork drive weighs a mere 13 grams yet can hold up to 2GB of data.

The light bulb flash drive also looks eerily like the real thing and actually lights up. Many flash drives contain an LED light so that the individual knows when the drive is active. For this reason, it was a smart idea to make the drive in the likeness of a light bulb.

If you're interested in the cork or light bulb flash drive you should be able to pick it up for about $35.

Aircell and Gogo Video

Air travel can provide a person time to catch up on reading, napping, and in some cases work. Unfortunately, most people have a difficult time getting their work done because of a lack of Internet service in the sky.

Gogo is attempting to solve this problem with their in-flight portal. With Gogo In-flight Internet, the airplane becomes hub of Internet activity and passengers are able to check their email, surf the web, and finally get some work done.

The in-flight internet technology works easily. First the passenger connects with his or her own Wi-Fi device. They then turn their Wi-Fi on, connect to the gogoinflight signal, sign up, and then have access to the internet.

In an attempt to make air travel even more friendly and bearable, Gogo has decided to offer a service called the Gogo Video. The Gogo video will allow users to watch film rentals and TV shows through a streaming service available through the in-flight Wi-Fi. Each film or TV show comes with a price tag, which will range from $2 to $4 based on the program.

After the video is purchased, the movie or television show will be available for viewing for up to 24 hours. Users can watch their videos even after the flight has landed because it resides on the laptop.

On particularly long flights, there are usually a handful of movies and television shows available for travelers to view, however, Gogo will dramatically expand these options with the Gogo video. Travelers will have enough videos to keep them busy enough to forget they are even travelling.

Gogo will be offered on many airlines through Aircell. Although passengers are anxious for the service they will have to wait until the end of 2010 before the Gogo video is available. Sadly, the service will only be available for Windows laptops initially.

TV Ears is lightweight, comfortable, and is currently a best selling listening device. The gadget has noise reduction ear tips that were originally developed for military pilots. The technology works by automatically increasing the volume for hard to hear words and will automatically lower the volume if the background noise on the television rises. TV Ears should reduce room noise as well.

According to the company, doctors are recommending the device for people that suffer from hearing loss. People with hearing problems can hear every word on the television clearly, and no longer have to ask others around them what someone on the television is saying. Audiologist and hearing care professionals have sold the device for quite some time.
