Shanshui P72 is a phone that runs on Windows XP

Hmmm, cellphones tend to come with much slower hardware which makes running a full fledged desktop operating system a pretty challenging task, but that has not stopped the Chinese boffins from coming up with the Shanshui P72 model that runs on Windows XP. Looking pretty close to the iPhone, the Shanshui P72 is not a pretty sight considering its bulk and weight, not to mention a skin of the user interface that resembles iPhone icons (no idea on how the recent patent application for their icons will affect cases like this though).

Check out its list of specifications in the extended post, but somehow something like this doesn't seem as though it will take off in a big way simply because it does not fit any consumer niche. Also, you can't do much with just 1GB of storage space, and that will be made worse if there is no inclusion of any external memory storage (microSD, SDHC, etc). What do you think?
